334bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 334bd platform at 334bd.club (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use the Platform and must close your account if one has already been opened.

These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 334bd (the "Operator"). These T&C are supplemented by the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these T&C and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 334bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age for real-money online gaming on 334bd and is strictly enforced. 334bd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated software agent) and must be acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify whether participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list — either through 334bd's own responsible gaming tools or through any external program — at the time of registration or at any time during the operation of your account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering and must notify 334bd promptly if any of your registered details change.

334bd reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC checks to 334bd's satisfaction may result in the suspension of deposits, withdrawals, or the entire account until such checks are completed. Accounts that provide false or misleading information will be permanently closed and any funds therein may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 334bd. If you discover that you have inadvertently created duplicate accounts, you must contact [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed. 334bd reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without notice and, where abuse is suspected, to forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were actually responsible for that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 334bd immediately at [email protected].

Password Security

Your 334bd account password must be kept private at all times. 334bd support staff will never ask for your password by telephone, SMS, email, or any messaging application. If you receive a communication purporting to be from 334bd that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately. You should select a password that is at least eight characters in length, contains a mix of letters and numbers, and is not used for any other online account or payment service such as bKash or Nagad.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

334bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 334bd, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

All funds deposited into your 334bd account are held in your account balance and may be used to place wagers on any game or sporting event available on the Platform. 334bd does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances are not insured and are not considered client money held in a segregated bank account. Players are advised to withdraw funds promptly rather than maintaining large standing balances.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. Withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for accounts that have completed KYC verification. 334bd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay processing where a withdrawal triggers an anti-money laundering review or where account verification has not been completed.

Currency

All transactions on 334bd are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, the conversion will be applied at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

334bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on a player's account at any one time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Players must opt in to each promotional offer before the offer expires; bonuses cannot be applied retrospectively.
• 334bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player's bonus balance and progress towards the wagering requirement will be honoured unless abuse is suspected.
• 334bd operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using irregular or systematically low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; collusion between multiple players on bonus wagering. Where bonus abuse is detected, 334bd reserves the right to void the bonus, void winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account.

Bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts, gifted to other players, or exchanged for cash outside the normal withdrawal process following completion of applicable wagering requirements.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on 334bd are supplied by independent, licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. The random number generators (RNG) used in these games are independently certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 334bd does not modify, influence, or have advance knowledge of game outcomes.

Players must use the Platform only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, which may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

Prohibited Activities

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or circumvent any security measure; engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated play intended to guarantee a profit at the expense of the integrity of the game; exploiting software bugs or errors (any such errors must be reported to [email protected] immediately and any winnings resulting from exploitation of an error will be void); accessing the Platform via a virtual private network (VPN) or other masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions; engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financing of any illegal activity.

7. Responsible Gaming

334bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all account holders with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account settings panel after logging in: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; temporary account time-out (1 day to 6 weeks); permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via [email protected] will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in place, the excluded player must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion by any means. 334bd will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee the absolute prevention of access in all circumstances. Players who circumvent a self-exclusion do so at their own risk and 334bd accepts no liability for losses incurred during a period of self-exclusion where the exclusion has been circumvented by the player.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

334bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these T&C, including the eligibility criteria, the fair use policy, or the bonus terms.
• The player is found to have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle.
• 334bd is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory authority, a court order, or a law enforcement agency.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case 334bd may, after providing reasonable notice by email to the registered address, deduct a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks. 334bd will not return funds where closure results from a breach of these T&C involving fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 334bd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 334bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of 334bd. You may not use any 334bd trade mark, logo, or brand name in connection with any product or service that is not 334bd's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits 334bd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 334bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 334bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

334bd's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these T&C or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 334bd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these T&C shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 334bd's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy

334bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these T&C. By registering an account on 334bd, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 334bd uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

334bd reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, 334bd will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email to the registered address on file. The updated T&C will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.

If you do not agree to the revised T&C, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the amended T&C. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
